Pogba weighing up future
Paul Pogba has spoken publicly about the next move in his career after United announced last week he will leave the club when his contract expires this summer.
In an interview with Uninterrupted, Pogba said: “I just want the best for me… think, take my time. I just want to play football, be myself and enjoy what I do.”
Pogba has yet to decide on his next move – Juventus are confident of re-signing him.
There are offers from PSG and Real Madrid, too – though a move to Real is looking increasingly unlikely after the club agreed a deal with Monaco to sign Aurelien Tchouameni.

Ronaldo ‘very happy’ to stay at Man Utd | ‘I still believe’
Cristiano Ronaldo has insisted he is “very happy” to remain at Old Trafford and believes Manchester United will rebound from a dreadful 2021/22 campaign under new manager Erik ten Hag.
Speaking in an interview with the club, Ronaldo said: “I was and still am very happy to be here.

Matic to reunite with Mourinho at Roma
Nemanja Matic is set to join Roma on a free transfer after leaving Manchester United
Nemanja Matic will join Roma on a free transfer this summer, according to Sky Italy.
The former Serbia international’s contract with Manchester United expires at the end of June and the 33-year-old has already said he will leave Old Trafford.
He has agreed a one-year deal with Roma with an option for a further year depending on appearances.
It will be the third time he has played under Jose Mourinho. He was with him at Chelsea and Manchester United.
Mata to leave Man Utd after eight years
Juan Mata joined Man Utd from Chelsea in 2014
Juan Mata will leave Manchester United after eight years at the club when his contract expires at the end of the month.
The 34-year-old was signed by David Moyes from Premier League rivals Chelsea in January 2014 and went on to make 285 appearances for United, scoring 51 goals.
Mata’s first trophy at Old Trafford was the 2016 FA Cup under Louis van Gaal, while he also helped the side to the Europa League and League Cup under Jose Mourinho the following season.
Man Utd confirm Pogba, Lingard exits | De Jong talks held
Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard will leave Manchester United when their contracts expire at the end of June, while the club has held initial talks with Barcelona over the signing of Frenkie de Jong.
United academy graduate Pogba left Old Trafford to join Juventus as a free agent in 2012, only to return four years later for a then world-record fee of £89m, whilst Lingard ends a 20-year association with the club.
With Pogba’s departure confirmed, United have moved for De Jong, who is one of a number of midfielders United are looking at.

Christian Eriksen – A leaked image has revealed Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are among several clubs with scouts watching Monday’s UEFA Nations League match between Austria and Denmark. Both United and Tottenham have been credited with an interest in Christian Eriksen ahead of the summer transfer window. (Daily Express, June 7); Manchester United have joined the race to sign Eriksen following his return to the Premier League, with new boss Erik ten Hag looking for midfield reinforcements (Sunday Mirror, June 5).
